It’s highly #aesthetic so don’t expect a groundbreaking story. The art style is gorgeous and the interaction between the main characters is so sweet. Slice-of-life romance between two high-schoolers. It also has a very faithful anime adaptation. I love the comedic elements and Taishi Zao’s art. Has some consent issues at the beginning, but they’re quickly addressed (which was a pleasant surprise for me TBH). Here are a few faves:Ī wannabe-mangaka, son of a show-biz family, dresses up as a girl for a commercial gig and an actor falls in love with him before realizing that he’s a guy. My personal favourites don’t tend to be classics, and despite how much I advocate for and enjoy dark fiction, I’m magnetically drawn to fluffy things. I’m afraid that, since I started working, I haven’t had much time to read anything but scientific papers, so I’m not up to date on current BL.
